Diffuse Network | Video Production Proposal

Our goal is to create inspiring videos that capture the transformative power of Diffuse Network's guidance and mentorship. We will share the captivating stories of four individuals within the Diffuse Network who have bravely followed God's calling on their lives, and have integrated faith into their business practices. Through their journeys, we will witness how God has been moving in their lives, and how He has provided them with the strength and guidance to overcome obstacles and achieve success. Our ultimate goal is to glorify God's handiwork in the lives of these entrepreneurs, and to encourage and empower other Christian entrepreneurs to pursue their God-given callings with faith, hope, and perseverance.


Who We Work With

With a passion for travel and outdoor activities, we love working with brands that are rooted in the same mindset. Our past clients include resort getaways, high-end events, and iconic lifestyle brands to name a few. We work closely with our clients to produce content that aligns with their brand identity and is optimized for digital distribution. 

Who We Are

Tandem is Dave Sarazen and Charlie Turchetta, a media team based in Newport, Rhode Island, specializing in high-end photo and video production. As lifelong friends, we have developed a productive dynamic that combines our unique skills to effectively brainstorm and deliver exceptional digital content. When we're not behind the camera, you can find us skiing in the mountains, out in the surf, or planning our next big adventure.

Video Example - Pasta Beach

Tandem was approached by the Pasta Beach restaurant group to produce a video featuring Andrea Congiusta, the executive chef of their Boston location. Andrea has worked in the kitchens of two- and three-Michelin Star restaurants in Italy and was recognized as a “Top 10 Chef Under-35.” We were inspired by Andrea's message and commitment to his craft.

Video Overview

Our goal for the videos is to create a compelling story that captures the essence of each business. To achieve this, we will start by conducting a pre-shoot video call with the business owner to understand their story and get a feel for their brand. Based on this conversation, we will develop a series of interview questions to guide the on-location shoot. During the shoot, we will capture interview footage and supplement it with B-roll footage to create a visually engaging story that highlights the unique qualities of the business. While we have provided some reference videos and imagery to give a general sense of the quality and direction, we understand that each business has its own vibe and aesthetic, and we will adapt our approach accordingly. Our goal is to create a beautiful and impactful story that accurately represents each business.

Project Scope

Our team will handle all aspects of pre-production, including scheduling, travel logistics, preliminary interviews with the businesses, and storyboarding. We will work closely with Diffuse Network and the associates businesses to determine a timeframe that works best for them and ensure that all details are carefully planned out before the shoot days. Before arriving on location, we will have met and interviewed each of the business owners - learning about their stories and developing a plan to best showcase each of them. The shoot will consist of two separate weeks, one focused in the Atlanta area and the other in the Chicago area. This will allow us to shoot 2 videos per trip and cut down on travel costs. Our initial plan will be to spend 2 days with each business filming interviews, B-Roll, and other elements to piece the stories together. Once filming is complete, our team will handle the post-production and editing process, working closely with Diffuse Network for input and feedback to ensure that the final product accurately represents the business owners and their businesses.

Budget Overview

We have provided an outline of the budget, including a breakdown of costs per video and the total cost. This breakdown shows the amount allocated to both video production and travel expenses. Our recommendation is to shoot the Atlanta area videos during one trip and the Chicago area videos during another trip, as this will help reduce additional travel costs.
