Hyatt Cambridge | Content Proposal
At Tandem, we specialize in creating high-end visual content in the tourism and hospitality sector. We are immersed in the Boston market, working with a number of businesses in the area. Our team is fully equipped to shoot a combination of aerial, interior, F&B, and lifestyle content. We take pride in providing a comprehensive one-stop-shop experience, ensuring visual consistency across all elements of our clients' brand image. Regarding aerial coverage, our team is FAA licensed, insured, and works with local law enforcement to ensure safety when operating our drones. We have checked with the city of Cambridge and are permitted to fly around the Hyatt and surrounding areas. We utilize industry leading drone technology paired with a high-end camera system resulting in the best image quality possible. Our photo work has been recognized in numerous publications including Boston Magazine, Yankee Magazine, and Town & Country magazine. Project Scope
Our team will handle all aspects of pre-production, including scheduling, storyboarding, and location-scouting. We will work closely with the team at Hyatt Cambridge to determine a timeframe that works best for the hotel and ensure that all details are carefully planned out before the shoot. Our team will be on-site for 3-4 days to provide enough time and weather windows to ensure optimal lighting for the exterior content. The shoot will take place over the course of these days, with a pre-determined list of shots. The specifics can be discussed leading into the shoot and a detailed shot list/schedule will be made before arrival. Creatively, we plan to incorporate some of the lifestyle elements found in and around the hotel including rowing on the Charles, morning runners, general Boston skyline, third floor terrace, and night time shots.
Additionally, while on-site we can photograph the elements of the hotel discussed with Nicki including:
3rd floor outdoor Library Terrace
16th floor Charles River View Ballroom
14th floor Mt. Auburn ballroom set up for a corporate meeting
Remington Boardroom
Amesbury (lobby level) ballroom meeting set + pre-function space
F&B – photos of new menu for Paperback Tavern
Once shooting is complete, our team will handle the post-production and editing process, working closely with the Hyatt Cambridge team for input and feedback to ensure that the final product accurately represents the hotel and its offerings.
The details in the project scope can be discussed and altered as the project moves forward but this gives a general guideline for what to expect at this stage of the project.

Proposed Budget & Licensing
This budget encompasses all the deliverables mentioned earlier. With regards to the Aerial video, this includes an unlimited-use licensing, providing Hyatt with unrestricted freedom to utilize the footage as needed. As for the photos, the budget covers a one-year licensing usage, affording Hyatt the flexibility to utilize them within that timeframe. Additionally, we offer the option to extend the licensing period for individual photos based on your specific requirements, granting you extended usage rights beyond the initial year. The specifics of future photo licensing can be discussed once the project takes shape. We are able to work with Hyatt to ensure their content and licensing needs are met.
