Qualitas - Westerly | Creative Proposal

The primary objective of the creative plan is to create a strong brand identity for the new Westerly office and position Rhode Island Orthodontic Group as a leading orthodontic provider in the South County area. We will utilize video content to run a series of targeted digital ads across multiple platforms. The goal of this content is to showcase that the Westerly location is an easily-approachable, friendly environment, with localized staff who are involved in the community.

Concept - Inside Our Ortho

We're excited to showcase the Westerly office, staff, and orthodontic services in a fun, upbeat video that highlights the modern, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere RIOG provides to their patients. There will be music and a voiceover throughout the video and we have attached a rough-draft example to get an idea of the feel. The video will begin with footage of recognizable landmarks in downtown Westerly to give the audience a sense of where the office is located. We'll then transition to clips of the staff members as they go about their daily tasks. You'll see front desk personnel greeting patients with a warm smile, doctors explaining orthodontic charts, and nurses using X-ray machines, etc. Towards the end of the video, we'll feature several quick cuts of happy patients, showcasing their smiles and enthusiasm. We'll end the video with credits that will feature logos and text to ensure the audience knows who you are and how to find you.

“Hey Westerly, when it comes to straightening your smile - you want an Orthodontist that understands you. At Westerly Orthodontics, we specialize in traditional braces, Invisalign, and all things to keep your smile straight. Our new office, located in downtown Westerly has all the modern tools, friendly staff, and years of experience perfecting our patients' smiles. So come check us out, right here in Southern Rhode Island.”

Project Scope

Our team will handle all aspects of pre-production, including scheduling, storyboarding, and location-scouting. We will work closely with RIOG to determine a timeframe that works best for their office and ensure that all details are carefully planned out before the shoot day. On the day of the video shoot, our team will arrive early to set up our lighting and camera gear before any staff members arrive. We will use the doctors and staff members as actors in the videos, guiding and directing them to ensure that their performances are captured realistically and effectively. The shoot will take place over the course of an entire day, with the Westerly office being closed to ensure that we have a controlled environment. Once filming is complete, our team will handle the post-production and editing process, working closely with RIOG/Qualitas for input and feedback to ensure that the final product accurately represents the office and its services.
